What is it for?
To get the most out of the sessions, the workbook offers more than a space to make notes. It gives prompts to help you consider what you want to gain from each session and how this might influence your new role.
The workbook also includes sections for self-reflection. We recommend doing the first reflection before the conference to take a moment to think about your current practice and aspirations for your new role. Consider the skills and knowledge you want to develop - you can discuss these self-reflections with your line manager and the conference should offer additional insight about how United Learning can support you.
